HYI May Coalition Meeting

HYI May Coalition Meeting

This final meeting of the 2020-21 school year is a review. We’ll also discuss prevention priorities during and after COVID-19, critical strategic planning decisions for the next school year and review the last year in hindsight with all its successes, and lessons learned. COVID-19 added another layer of challenges, and I am proud to have had the opportunity to work with a community coalition that successfully adjusted to reflect changing realities. Along the way we have built and strengthened new and existing partnerships, and expertise that will help us deliver a renewed strategic plan, and expanded programming.

By participating in this community-led coalition, you will have a voice in shaping Mercer Island Youth and Family Services’ (YFS) mental health promotion and substance abuse prevention efforts through the Healthy Youth Initiative.

Thank you for collaborating with us and sharing your voice to support programming to improve the lives of Islanders. All are welcome. For more information email our Project Coordinator at rachel.montgomery@mercergov.org
